Bhakti Travel Bureau wasn’t inherited. It wasn’t a franchise. It was started in Ahmedabad in 2013, with no existing client base, and built from nothing.
What exists today — the team, the systems, the corporate accounts, the clients who have been with us since the beginning — was built over more than a decade of handling real trips for real people.
We’ve processed hundreds of visa applications. We’ve managed business travel for corporate clients across India. We’ve planned holidays from Kashmir to Europe. And we’ve been the people clients call when something has gone wrong with a booking they made elsewhere.
That last part taught us more than anything else.
A visa gets rejected a week before departure. A passport expires without anyone noticing it was close. A connection is booked too tight for the airport it’s flying through. A hotel turns out to be nowhere near where it said it was.
We’ve seen what happens in each of those situations. Which is precisely why, before any booking leaves our desk, we check. Passport validity. Visa entry conditions. Connection timings. Hotel location.
It’s not an extra service. It’s the job.
We don’t take on trips we’re not equipped to handle well. We tell clients when a destination is outside our area of real knowledge. We flag problems before a booking is confirmed, not after it has become the client’s problem to resolve.
Our clients don’t stay with us because we’re the cheapest option. They stay because when a trip actually matters, they want to know it’s been handled properly.
Domestic and international, for individuals and corporate accounts.
Documentation, applications, embassy coordination across countries.
New applications, renewals, Tatkal.
Customised. Domestic and international. Every trip planned individually.
Full account management for businesses across India.
Sourced for the trip, not just available.
I started BTB because I believed that when travel is handled well, it should feel simple to the person taking the trip. The complexity should be invisible.
More than a decade later, that’s still what we’re trying to do.
The clients who trust us with important trips aren’t looking for the lowest fare or the most elaborate itinerary. They’re looking for someone who will actually think about their trip, notice what could go wrong, and make sure it doesn’t.
That’s the job. That’s what we’ve always done.
