Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion. Maximum 3 adults allowed per room; extra adult will get a mattress/rollaway bed. The itinerary is fixed and transportation is provided as per schedule only. Refunds for paid, non-operational activities will be processed within 30 days; no refund for complimentary services. AC may not be available in hilly areas. Entry fees, parking, and guides are not included. Prices and availability are subject to change. Accurate age must be provided during booking; wrong info may lead to penalties. Alternate hotels of similar standard will be arranged if needed. Refunds for natural calamity-related cancellations will follow vendor terms. MMT may modify the itinerary due to unforeseen events. Personal expenses, gala dinners, and services not mentioned in inclusions are excluded. Disputes will be under New Delhi jurisdiction. Water activities are weather-dependent; Dudhsagar Waterfalls remain closed June–September. Tour costs don’t apply between 6 PM to 8 AM.
